By signing up for Torrevieja Translators “Digital Certificate Management Service” the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. These are in addition to our standard terms and conditions.
1. Commencement and Termination
Once you have signed up for the service and change your mind, you have 14 days to request a full refund
You can cancel this service at any time; however, current and past subscription fees collected will not be refundable after the initial 14 days has passed from when you first signed up for the service.
If you request us to do any work on your behalf during the first 14 days, you agree that if you cancel the service, you will still be liable for the cost of any work carried out on your behalf with your digital certificate at the rate of €5.99 per job
This service has a minimum of three (3) month term before it can be cancelled. If cancelled in the first 14 days, the minimum term will not apply
Costa Insider SL can, at any time, cancel your subscription and remove your digital certificate from their systems. Likewise, the customer can request the immediate removal of their certificate from our systems with the monthly recurring fee stopping at the end of the current bill cycle after the initial three (3) month term has been completed.
2. Payment
You acknowledge that the subscription fee of €5.99 per month permits you to unlimited (fair us age policy applies)requests for tasks to be performed using your digital certificate.
If a task requested by you, the client, cannot be fulfilled via digital certificate for whatever reason and requires further work such as visiting an office or making a manual appointment along with a translator’s attendance,this is not included in the subscription fee.
3. DigitalCertificate
You understand that supplying a copy of your digital certificate along with its password (if applicable). You give Torrevieja Translators and staff of Costa Insider SL full rights to use the certificate in any way required to achieve things that you, the customer, have tasked us to perform in-line with your subscription.
You understand that Torrevieja Translators will hold your certificate on computers in their possession. The certificates will only be used for tasks the client has asked us to perform.
You understand that the subscription fee of €5.99 does not include a digital certificate itself. However, promotions or discounts can be made available at the discretion of Torrevieja Translators.
Should your digital certificate expire, and you choose not to renew it, the subscription fee of €5.99 to Torrevieja Translators will continue unless you cancel the service with us.
4. Responsibility
Costa Insider SL is not liable for any repercussions of using your digital certificate in case of falsified or invalid documentation, claims, or criminal activities.
We act as intermediaries to complete tasks on your behalf using your certificate.
The information and documentation you provide to support the tasks is your responsibility to ensure its truthfulness and accuracy.
